Directing outdoor sales team members with an emphasis on product knowledge, giving information and knowing related items needed to complete entire projects. Create and maintain outdoor displays. Must be able to identify and have knowledge of plant material and related gardening/landscaping products. Must enforce company rules and policies, including disciplinary actions. Good people skills, retail sales skills and leadership qualities necessary. Also includes job task planning and organization along with supporting the management team.
This is a full-time position.
